In the external natural circulation evaporator ,solution circulate depends on the material liquid density difference : liquid is heated in the heating chamber tube, temperature increase, density decreases, and cooling solution in a circular pipe to produce density difference cause liquid in heating tube upward, downward circulating loop tube. After heated the solution in the form of sensible heat into the evaporation chamber flash, cool. And then down into the circular tube, cyclic heating evaporation.
Natural circulation evaporation solution inside the equipment circulation rate is not big, generally less than 1 m/SEC. In order to prevent fouling and crystallization, heating tube should be completely submerged. This evaporator is suitable for the scale is not serious and less subject to solution concentration. The advantages of simple structure, easy manufacture, low power consumption. Defect is slower loop does not apply to the solution viscosity is larger, a large number of crystal materials, cannot be in-place cleaning, material heating time is too long, not suitable for heat-sensitive materials.
